What it does
Fieldwire keeps a plan set, the tasks tied to it, and the punch list that closes a project out all in one mobile-friendly view. A task or punch item gets pinned to its exact location on the drawing rather than described in a separate list, so a crew opening the app on site sees exactly where a problem is instead of just reading about it. It's positioned as a lighter, more affordable alternative to a full platform like Procore or Autodesk Build, aimed at contractors who mainly need field task and plan coordination rather than the deeper budget and document control modules those bigger platforms include.
